Concord Footwear is a well-established organization and one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of high-quality safety footwear for internationally renowned European and US nations destinations.
We are seeking for dedicated, enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our shoe manufacturing team. Pattern Maker_01 Vacancy in Ulapane.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to convert shoe designs into digital patterns using CAD/CAM (PROCAM) software.
- Assist in developing and modifying garment patterns based on design specifications and technical requirements.
- Prepare and digitize pattern pieces for cutting and production purposes.
- Perform grading and marker making to optimize material utilization and minimize waste.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in pattern digitization and grading.
- Collaborate with the production/technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any CAD/CAM-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as pattern making, fashion technology, or garment manufacturing from a recognized university/institute.
- Proficiency in PROCAM software and experience in pattern making, grading, and marker making are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably working with garments/shoes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of 3D prototyping software is a plus.
