Senior Executive - Leasing

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Leasing strategies and operational plans in the related area
- Responsible for working towards achieving the branch business targets as well as individual target assigned by the company time to time
- Undertaking customer field visits and outdoor business promotion activities regularly
- Identify new leads to the Company and effectively converting them into business
- Coordinate & maintain good working relations with all internal departments and relevant external parties
- Provide support of the daily operations and overall functions of the Leasing Section at the Branch
Attributes and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience at Senior Executive/Executive level in Leasing Sector
- Sound knowledge in credit evaluation and documentation
- Experience in handling sales team/drive sales team towards target
- A Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Banking/Credit management would be an advantage
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be an added advantage
- Possess a good command of Sinhala and English language, fluency in Tamil is an added advantage
