Manager - Administration
Location - Badulla Factory
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Job Role
- Responsible for managing all factory transport activities.
- Maintain and provide timely needed information on transport.
- Monitor the factory security team and make sure the security standards, SOPs are followed up.
- Oversee all the canteen procedures and staff, maintain the hygiene and safety standards of the canteen, and ensure the quality of meals.
- Manage the smooth functioning of factory's welfare shop and provide guidelines to the welfare officers to carry out the job duties effectively.
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility.
- Monitor and follow up the scrap sales procedure of the facility.
- Accountable for managing administration staff and their duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Individual Profile
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Age below 45 years.
- Sound knowledge in security, transport, canteen procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and welfare of employees.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
