Imports cum Accounts Executive
We are the Authorized Distributor for Ubiquiti Unifi Wifi Network product.
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Imports cum Accounts Executive to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of application to the TRCSL and pay visits the TRCSL when necessary.
- Handling Imports documentation and facilitate clearance & collection of Cargo.
- Responsible in obtaining quotations for shipping and liaising with shipping agents.
- Processing customer invoices and payments.
- Handling inventories of Import shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience in TRCSL import license procedure and custom documentation handling.
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualifying experience in the similar capacity.
- Proficient in English & Sinhala. (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience in QB Accounting Package is considered as an added qualification.
