SWISS LANKA COMMODITIES SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster positive relationships between employees and management through mediation and conflict resolution.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and design training programs to meet these needs. Facilitate employee development initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and inform management of these changes.
  • Manage HR records and documentation, including contracts, leave records, and employee data. Ensure all HR processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Preparation of Payroll, EPF, and ETF.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma Course of professional qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or Officer.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Computer literacy and sound knowledge in MICROSOFT packages.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English are essential.
