Social Media Executive
Swiss Lanka Commodities (Pvt) Ltd is a leading wholesale import-export company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients worldwide. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
- Plan, create, and publish new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Assist with running paid media campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and optimizing conversion rates.
- Track metrics across all channels to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and keep up to date on social media platform changes.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience: 3-5 years of social media marketing experience.
- Essential Skills: A strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Strong design aesthetics with the ability to generate copy and graphic work for social media posts and ads; video editing skills are a strong plus.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hootsuite, etc...
- Proficient with G-Suite and Google Sheets in particular.
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant experience accepted; other certifications a bonus.
