EXECUTIVE CHEF

  • Executive Chef bears overall responsibility for day-to-day operations in the kitchen & responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. The selected candidate should schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks & other kitchen employees to ensure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labour cost goals.

Professional Qualification:

  • Hotel school graduate with a minimum of 05 years experience in a star-class hotel
  • Producing new menus, and new dishes & maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
  • Able to handle banquet functions with a good knowledge of cost controls
  • 45 years of age with professional attitudes
  • Computer literacy

COST CONTROLLER

Professional Qualification:

  • Should or process a full or part qualification in Accounting from a recognized university or professional accounting body.
  • Minimum 03 years experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel
  • Excellent Computer literacy
  • Age below 45 years
