Supervisor:
As a supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also be responsible for scheduling, training, and motivating team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards and exceed customer expectations.
Crew Members:
As a crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions. You will also be responsible for assisting with bakery operations, such as preparing ingredients, packaging baked goods, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Bakers:
As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious treats, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. You will follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality in our products. Additionally, you will contribute to the creative process by suggesting new recipes or modifications to existing ones. Your attention to detail and passion for baking will help us continue to delight our customers with fresh and flavorful baked goods.
Requirements:
Age: 20-35
Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B setting
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
