The Job
- Position: Manager - Operations & Customer Care
- Manage and promote customer base while meeting exceptional customer service level.
- Enhance and train workforce to deliver customer delight and uplift customer relationship.
- Manage budget and P&L in delivering planned sales targets.
- Manage work force and attend to their general requirements on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff and attend to their concerns with solutions and resolve other operational concerns on a daily basis.
- Follow up on training needs of the staff and come up with development plans for each individual in line with the customer needs.
The Person
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Management/Marketing.
- Knowledge on overall management of aesthetic beauty institute.
- Knowledge on budgeting and P&L.
- Knowledge on the latest aesthetic techniques.
- Fluency in English.
- Outgoing personality.
