About Us:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including merchandising standards and safety regulations.
Train and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and events to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Sri Lankan fashion trends and designers is a plus.
