FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
WESTERN, SOUTHERN & CENTRAL AREAS
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking and field visits
- Implement a sales strategic Plan by coordinating with the Company and National Distributor Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction & retention Business Area Development
Qualification, Experience & Abilities
- A Dynamic person with a minimum of 03-05 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience in FMCG (Personal Care industry) will be added advantage.
- Qualification in SLIM would be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Skills
- Ability to grasp business and computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel.
- Preference will be given to applicants residents in relevant provinces
- Age below 35 Years.
