We are a well-established Coffee Shop in Seeduwa which offers a high-quality coffee experience to our customers. Currently we are looking for dedicated and well experienced individuals in the industry who can lead our front of the house team and provide excellent service to our customers. Selected candidates will be offered with an attractive remuneration package and other benefits.
Barista
More than 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- The applicant should possess a Certificate or Diploma from a recognized hotel school or equivalent professional qualification.
- Ability to make coffee and other drinks as per the request of the customer in a creative manner.
- Should have the ability to engage with managers and build up new marketing strategies.
- Ability to supervise and lead the front of the house to ensure the quality of our items and maintain hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
