SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE

MICE & LEISURE TRAVEL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer needs in terms of tours and deliver the services
  • Identifying customer requirements and creating tailor-made packages to suit these requirements
  • Cross-sell all products and services available
  • Ensure Service Quality Levels are maintained among all customers
  • Respond to customers' inquiries (Corporate/Leisure/Direct)
  • Ensure that a wide range of tour packages are readily available for marketing, costing, and competitor analysis
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers via e-mail/telephone
  • Handle incentive and group travel
  • Support the team by enhancing product knowledge of Coach tours and increase passenger numbers through sales visits to sub-agents & direct marketing

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 03-04 years of experience in a similar job role
  • Part Qualification of CIM
  • Knowledge on GDS systems / online booking engines
  • Qualification in IATA
  • Sound existing customer base will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
