Job Title:
SENIOR DESIGNER / DESIGNER - BRA, PANTIES, SWIM & SPORTSWEAR
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced designers who can demonstrate the outstanding understanding of Bra, Panties, Swim & Sportswear construction and supply the designs to a wide customer base and adjust designs accordingly. The candidate should be responsible for the design and development for the assigned customers brands, as well as meeting the design, costing, and development OTD objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Creating and presenting new concepts for seasonal product launches to customers through effective product & market analysis.
• Coordinating with the internal teams to develop production feasible designs within the target cost and development timelines.
• Collaborating with customers and internal steak holders, including management of customer visits, knowledge sharing, etc.
• Work closely with customers to understand their brand and designs.
• Keep ahead of trends and be forward thinking.
• Solid understanding of lingerie construction.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Degree in Fashion Designing/Clothing Technology.
• Apparel Design & Development experience in Lingerie will be an added value.
• Detail-Oriented.
• Excellent in creative and artistic ability.
• Able to work with technology and computer software and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of CAD systems.
