QUALITY CONTROLLER

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career at our Kuliyapitiya & Kaduwela QA team
Responsibility
- Develop and set comprehensive quality objectives, translating them into policies, guidelines or directives.
- Oversee all quality operational activities, including the implementation of quality gates and the inspection and analysis of raw material, in-process and finished products.
- Create and execute the company's quality standards in alignment with customers expectations.
- Collaborate with operational staff to established and refine procedures, standards and systems.
- Managing documentation pertaining to food safety and quality systems by generating reports when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry from a recognized university or any other qualifications.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the food and beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate in close proximity to Kuliyapitiya & Kaduwela are preferred
