Are you passionate about travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Inbound & Outbound Tourism Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in both inbound and outbound tourism, you will play a key role in designing and executing travel itineraries that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize inbound and outbound travel packages based on client preferences and budget constraints
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel journey
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Handle booking reservations, ticketing, and other administrative tasks related to travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Advance Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound tourism, with a strong understanding of travel industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Multilingual skills are a plus
