FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Earth's Finest is a market-leading organic brand operating in GCC & Europe. Our products can be found in leading retailers across several markets. Today, we are the market leader in organic coconut-based products in the GCC countries and also the No.2 organic brand in the UAE. Our current portfolio spans over 8 categories and 50+ products. With offices in Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, and Colombo, we have lofty ambitions to build a global health & wellbeing brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling ledger accounts, accounts receivable and payable accounting functions and actively engage in monthly and yearly financial and management accounts.
- Conducting stock/fixed asset verification and update accounts.
- Statutory handling (VAT/SVAT/Tax/Etc.).
- Maintenance of bank accounts and entering all the receipts & payments to the system and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of the control accounts.
- Maintaining and orderly filing system of all the accounting related documents for relevant transactions.
- Customer outstanding statements, customer accounts reconciliation and vendor accounts reconciliation.

Specifically for this role, we are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. As a finance executive, we expect you to be fully, or part qualified in either ICASL or CIMA. You would ideally have been a finance executive for a similar company in the food & beverage industry.
Beyond the technical requirements, it is essential to have a good command of written and spoken English, as you will be dealing with colleagues in other markets and international suppliers.
