Visual Merchandiser
Your primary responsibilities includes,
- Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and reflect our brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and maintain the visual appearance of all retail spaces, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising, retail design, and consumer behavior.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product presentation standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and provide feedback to store managers.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a visual merchandising role.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or Retail Management.
- Strong creative abilities with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various retail outlets as needed.
- Flexibility to work exceeding hours and weekends when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
