EXECUTIVE-SECURITY,
HEALTH & SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT
The Selected Candidate will be Responsible for:
- Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the entire premises, setting up security controls, directing, monitoring, all the security activities, and safeguarding the group of companies.
- Coordinating all activities of outsourced companies for security services and representing the company in essential matters.
- Actively involved with quality department in conducting risk assessments (ISO 45001) and enforce preventative measures, maintaining appropriate fire extinguishers, and emergency evacuation tools/kits in a timely manner.
- Initiate and organize fire training, conduct OHS awareness/training programs for new & existing employees, identify
- Monitoring and maintaining reports of accidents that occurred within the company up to date and updating the relevant officers on the same
- Preparing reports and providing statistical information to upper management.
- Preparing necessary documents for obtaining different types of licenses and dealing with government institutions and pressure groups on environmental and safety matters, maintaining 3rd party agreements, reviewing existing policies and measures, and updating them according to legislation.
- Applying the standards regarding the safty, health and environment and suggesting appropriate remedies for any anomalies of those procedures.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in managing the security, health & safety, environment role.
- HND/ related qualifications in OSH
- Business & manufacturing understanding of FMCG operations and knowledge on HACCP, EMS, QMS, OHSAS would be advantageous
