EUX WORKPLACE AND COLLABORATION SPECIALIST - COLOMBO

IT Infrastructure Support Specialist role encompasses assisting both internal and external customers, providing support to the infrastructure operations team, and contributing to the team's initiatives aimed at achieving ongoing infrastructure enhancements. You will be responsible for managing all incident, problem, and change management related to DAP & NET infrastructure operations on a global scale with other team members from regions.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Efficiently resolve the EUX related incidents and service requests following FIFO and prioritization.
  • Act as an escalation point for OSS (On-Site Support).
  • Identify trends and recurring problems to determine the underlying causes and solve problems at the source.
  • Develop Sustainable EUX Solutions with Complete, scalable, robust, consistent, at the right TCO (total cost of Ownership), and minimizing the cost of change.
  • Actively engage and give inputs in creating the roadmap of EUX expertise domain and communicate it with the stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years' work experience in a similar role; Self-motivated, committed, and a good team player.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer-centric, service mindset
  • A passion for learning and a deep understanding of the EUX technologies
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Passion for solving problems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience in an ITSM tool would be an added advantage.
  • Collaboration mindset with business and different IT counterparts in the group
