FOR OUR CLIENT IN THE APPAREL INDUSTRY
SOURCING & DELIVERY MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Allocate production to internal & third party factories as per the budget
- Ensure outsourced production is done according to the company protocols
- Ensure OTD of all products to effectively meet sales targets
- Conduct onboarding of new outsourced factories
- Ensure smooth operations by visiting internal and third party factories recurrently
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 4 Years experience in a similar role
- Qualification in apparel related manufacturing/quality assurance or related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Expertise in apparel manufacturing and managing operations
