Our client is a leading logistics and supply services provider in Sri Lanka. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result oriented individual to join their team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and relevant coursework or internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations through different departments such as finance, marketing, operations, sales, and human resources.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects, providing support to various teams.
- Collaborate with senior managers and team members to understand business goals and contribute to achieving them.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders across the company.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and skill set.
- Complete tasks and projects assigned during rotations, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Present findings and progress reports to management as needed.
