Our client is a leading logistics and supply services provider in Sri Lanka.
They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result-oriented individual to join their team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles or similar positions
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on Saturdays, with the option to take a weekday off during such weeks
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including conducting interviews and orientation sessions
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assisting in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback
- Handling employee relations issues and maintaining a positive working environment
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including liaising with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements
- Handling sensitive and confidential HR and administrative information with integrity and discretion
- Handling all incoming and outgoing communication, such as emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
