ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator, located in Colombo.
  • The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network administration, system administration, troubleshooting, and other tasks associated with information technology.
  • The role will require the Information Technology Administrator to maintain the school's computer systems, networks, and provide desktop support, among other things.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years Experience with Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Fluent experience with the Ecommerce Platform is mandatory
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Network Administration and System Administration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with users, vendors, and management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Age 24 to 35
