REQUIREMENTS
- SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH (1-2) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, OR SIMILAR ROLE OR COLLEGE DIPLOMA/TRAINING DIPLOMA IN A RELATED FIELD.
- KNOWLEDGE OF PC HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES & TROUBLESHOOTING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- GOOD PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE 365 SUITE (MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT AND OUTLOOK)
- EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE WORK
- ORGANIZATION AND THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK TO COMPLETE A WIDE VARIETY OF TASKS
- EXCEPTIONAL PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TO INTERACT POSITIVELY WITH ALL EMPLOYEES
- MUST BE ON-SITE FIVE (5) DAYS A WEEK
