JOB DESCRIPTION

  • CENTRAL RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are a 10 bedroom boutique property which operates its business activity within the premises of Little England Cottages, a project developed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Jaysons Group and can be considered the most exclusive gated community in Nuwara Eliya.

We are seeking dynamic new team members and invite applications from suitable candidates capable and interested in the following job role.

(Successful applicants will be based in Mount Lavinia).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling reservations via phone, email, and online travel agents such as booking.com.
  • Coordinating bookings and ensuring accuracy of guest information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software such as eZee and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
