Accounts Assistant
Description:
Join our team as an Accounts Assistant, responsible for managing accounting tasks such as inventory, payments, banking, receivables, payables, and asset register. Ensure accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Inventory management experience
- Knowledge of procurement
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication abilities
- Adaptability, multitasking capability
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory levels across locations
- Processing payment transactions
- Conducting banking activities
- Maintaining receivables and payables records
- Updating the asset register
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am to 6pm / Sat: 9am to 1pm
(Sundays & Mercantile Holidays off)
