IT Systems Support Executive
MA'S Kitchen is a leading food manufacturer in Sri Lanka, with four manufacturing sites and two distribution and administration locations within Sri Lanka, manufacturing a diverse portfolio of over 300 products. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional food solutions to Retail, HoReCa & Industrial channels. Our IT systems are an integral part of our systems ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.
We are looking for a highly organised IT Systems Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing technical support to users of all skill levels.
They will be responsible for the following:
- Providing direct first-line technical support to users
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Maintaining and servicing computer and network infrastructure
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies
- Documenting technical solutions and tracking issues
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in IT or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, ideally in a support role
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
- Experience with a variety of operating systems and hardware platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be fluent in English and Sinhala, the ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage.
