Job Profile
Overseeing the entire F&B operation including banquets in the absence of F&B Manager. Maintaining a good rapport with customers, handling complaints, and attending to customer special requests.
- Emphasizing on events, banqueting, and increasing total F&B sales.
- Liaising with the F&B Manager and planning, organizing special food & beverage events and promotions.
- Handling sales inquiries and materializing.
- Arranging necessary reports, documents, KPIs as requested by the higher management. Obtaining customer feedback and reviews.
- Assigning team members and guiding them through standard operation procedures.
- Conducting briefings and regular trainings to the team members and preparing them up to the required level of standards.
Personal Profile
- Diploma in Food & Beverage from a recognized hotel school with 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Friendly, outgoing, and hospitable team player who collaborates well with all individuals
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English Language
- Computer literacy is a must.
