DRAUGHTSMAN

Embark on an exhilarating journey as a Draughtsman to contribute to diverse property development projects spearheaded by John Keells Properties.

Responsibility:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing detailed drawings of architectural works and preparing architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings.
You will also be responsible for analyzing and understanding the building specifications, calculating dimensions and performing measurements by visiting construction sites as and when needed.
You are expected to use computer-aided drafting software to create full-scale and detailed designs of buildings and interiors.

Expertise:

You should possess a diploma or an equivalent qualification in drafting engineering.
A thorough understanding of construction materials and knowledge in local regulations and authority submissions are required.
You are expected to be proficient in AutoCad, REVIT and preparing As built drawings.
Proficiency in Sketchup will be an added advantage.
You should be able to collaborate well with architects and engineers.
