MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
LOCATION - KOSWATTA
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our machinery. Your expertise will directly impact our production efficiency and product quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, including offset printing machines, laminators, die-cutters, folder gluers, etc.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Train junior technicians and machine operators on safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years or more of hands-on experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician.
- NAB, NVQ Level 3, ATI/TTI, or German Tech preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
