Job Description:
As a part of our business expansion, currently we are looking for a suitable & qualified candidate for the following position:
Production Merchandiser
Position Objective:
To ensure all activities from quoting delivery dates to proper handover are carried out effectively in order to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction through a high level of service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Agree & manage critical paths with fabric mills/factories
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders
- Follow up on shipment status with factories
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with factories & fabric mills
- Maintain accurate details in the system
- Visit factories, fabric mills, embellishment plants regularly
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a production merchandiser
- In-depth knowledge of apparel industry and production
- Degree or diploma in relevant field
- Previous experience in multicultural environment an advantage
- Excellent command of English communication skills
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC literacy
