Job Position:
Production & Packaging Supervisor (Male) - Factory (Permanent) Location : No 146, Naththandiya road, Dankotuwa
Work Time: 7.00 am to 7.00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday
Job Description:
- Responsible for overlooking factory production and packaging operations. List includes but not limited to -
- Production planning & execution;
- Packaging line supervision
- Inventory management;
- Quality control;
- Manage a team of ~20 workers (Labourers) and directly partake in recruitment, training and performance evaluation and incentivizing;
- Expected to drive quality, effectiveness and efficiency;
- Coordinate with Factory Manager to meet shipment deadlines;
- Work closely with quality and accounts teams for quality control and inventory management, respectively;
Skills & Qualifications:
- Holds minimum 2+ years' experience in similar capacity in food manufacturing environment (experience in coconut industry is a plus);
- Holds a minimum diploma level qualification;
- A pleasant personality with the ability to work with minimum supervision; Excellent verbal & written communication skill with computer literacy; Male candidates will be preferable.
