SPECIALIST IN TRAINING
A leading company in the BPO industry is looking for an individual who is having an Outgoing Personality with experience in BPO operations for the above-mentioned position.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in BPO operations with a strong understanding of BPO processes and workflow. Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze training needs and implement effective solutions. Proficiency with training software and tools is a must
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the BPO industry.
