RCM Analyst
Job Summary
This position provides support to the revenue cycle (RCS) leadership team through trending and in-depth analysis of data essential to revenue cycle management including, but not limited to financial data such as charges, payments, adjustments, AR, and operational data related to denials, claim error trends, and general practice performance. Time management, and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potentially negative factors impacting the revenue cycle through reporting is required. This position works directly with the RCS leadership team and is a critical role within the revenue cycle management team.
- Provide vital support to RCS leadership through detailed data analysis.
- Utilized Curve Analytics and other tools to extract and analyze data for reports.
- Develop clear and meaningful reports, graphs, and summaries for internal and client-facing needs.
- Identify trends and interpret revenue cycle data, contributing to team goals and projects.
- Collaborate with RCS team to develop effective reporting and tracking methods.
What we are looking for?
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Data Management/Data Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a BI analytical role.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command in English both written & verbal.
- Good analytical skills & Presentation Skill will be pluses.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in the night shift (US hours).
