STAFF ASSISTANT - ADMINISTRATION

Scope:

We are looking for a dynamic young professional with a passion to further an advanced career in Administration. Working with an experienced, credible professional team, you can aspire to become a sought-after professional in the future. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication skills, hard-working towards delivering end objectives by working seamlessly in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities with regards to provision of transport services to visitors and employees and ensure to manage all transport requirements of the organization in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow up on the renewal license, insurance premium and other service contracts and ensure necessary audits are conducted on an annual basis to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Co-ordinate with catering staff and ensure that daily meal provisions are served in a timely and effective manner whilst participating in random audits to ensure that meals served at the premises are of high quality and standards.
  • Ensure that cleanliness and general maintenance of the office premises are maintained at expected levels by overseeing the service provided by janitorial and gardening staff.
  • Co-ordinate with security contractors and review the service provided by them whilst ensuring that all records generated at all security points are maintained accordingly
  • Facilitate the safety aspect of the premises by ensuring that employees are aligned to the emergency evacuation process and necessary safety measures are in place and up to date.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in business administration or relevant qualification
  • 1 year of experience in a similar field/position
  • Good organizing and Co-ordination skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages
