SENIOR EXECUTIVE-MAINTENANCE
JOB PROFILE
- Visit the newly opened restaurants and conduct Minimum Energy Monitor (MER) and share feedback
- Ensure safety of man and machinery at the restaurant
- Update on any fire incident/accidents in the accident tracker
- Ensure temperature compliance by replacement or modification of Refrigeration equipment such as Makeline, Cold room, etc.
- Maintain restaurant image through timely repair and maintenance
- Closely work with Restaurant teams to train and create awareness on maintenance of equipment and assets and be contactable during emergencies
- Prepare rosters/maintenance schedules and maintain up-to-date records of store visits and store visit checklist of the team
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repairs and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Identify areas for improvement and assign the team to attend to the identified issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should possess an Engineering degree or equivalent qualification relevant to general maintenance of utility machines
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience; experience in a similar industry will be a definite advantage
- Willingness to travel and ability to work for extended hours
- Sound knowledge of structure or grounds and maintenance procedures and systems
- Should be proficient in MS Office applications
