DESIGNATION : EXECUTIVE - GROUP SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
COMPANY NAME: CBL CORPORATE SERVICES
LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA
ROLE PROFILE
- Responsible for handling Import & Export Shipping Documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for Logistics requirements and liaise with Clearing/ Forwarding Agents, Freight Forwarders & Shipping Lines, Banks, etc.
- Liaise with SL Customs, CDA, SLSI, Department of Commerce, Chambers, NPQS, Health, and other relevant Government Authorities.
- Maintain Records in respect of Imports / Export documentation.
- Maintain TIEP 1 & TIEP 4 schemes, Approvals, Renewals & Cancellations.
- Support and assist the logistics team with Imports & Exports.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Customs House Agent (CHA/ Wharf Certificate)/Diploma or relevant professional qualifications /Experience in international Logistics.
- At least 2 years of Experience in a similar capacity.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office packages, Online systems such as Asycuda, SLPA Cargo Mgt, Inttra, etc.
- A Dynamic personality who is proactive, committed, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be a good team player with high integrity.
- Age below 35 Years.
