Executive - Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrative Coordinator at AIA Sri Lanka located in Colombo.
  • The Sales Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for communication, customer service, administrative assistance, sales, and invoicing.
  • The role involves providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, facilitating sales processes, and handling invoicing.

Candidates are required to have:

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in the banking or insurance sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance
