Executive - Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrative Coordinator at AIA Sri Lanka located in Colombo.
- The Sales Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for communication, customer service, administrative assistance, sales, and invoicing.
- The role involves providing support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, facilitating sales processes, and handling invoicing.
Candidates are required to have:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in the banking or insurance sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in providing administrative assistance
