BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HEATING & COOLING

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and leverage market knowledge and expertise to increase the Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters and other Heating Equipment.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers and reports.
  • Manage negotiations of sales contracts and order closures.
  • Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize the sales of newly launched products by liaising with Principals.
  • Liaise with Associates to develop sales strategies, derive Annual Business Plans, driving market share in all product lines.
  • Execute internal and external business strategies to optimize customer relationships.
  • Manage monthly information sheets (MIS) and year-end close processes with Associates and within the Business Development Division.
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to improve the Business of assigned verticals.
  • Organize Customer Meet Forums to present new products and engineering solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
  • Recruit sales team, set objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor performance, conduct performance review, ensuring their KPI objectives are achieved.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Capital Equipment Sales such as boilers, Chillers, Compressors, DG Sites etc in Sri Lanka & Maldives etc
  • Degree / Diploma in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering from a reputed University in Sri Lanka / Overseas is also preferred
  • Excellent Rapport with Industries
  • Posses Skilled in Enquiry Generation, Order Closure, Strategic Business Plans Across BOI/NON BOI & conversion
  • Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
  • To command
  • communicate in local language
  • With Good Communications Skills, Negotiations, Presentations, Fast learner
  • Willing to travel extensively across the island wide to generate the sales

SALES MANAGER/APPILCATION ENGINEER-STEAM & SPARES ACCESSORIES

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ NDT/NDES/HNDE/ City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering)
  • 1 to 2 years in Sales & Marketing of Steam Traps, PRV PRS & Condensate Recovery Systems and possess a good knowledge on Application Engineering.
  • Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on walk through Steam Audits and suggest for improvement
  • To possess knowledge on Steam Distribution and preparing reports for Energy Conservation.
  • Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
  • Application Knowledge.
  • To possess Presentation Skills
  • Communication, Negotiations, Presentations, fast learner

ASSITANT SERVCIE MANAGER/FACILITY EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE IN PANNALA SITE

B.Sc/NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent in Mechanical / Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronic Engineering Exposure to operation and maintenance of capital equipment's like Boilers, Steam Accessories, Pumps, Steam Traps and pipelines etc.

Minimum 4/5 years' experience in boilers Servicing/Overhauling/operation and maintenance will be an added advantage

MANAGER - CHEMICAL/WATER DIVISION

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for achieving order budgets through sales to new and existing accounts/clients.
  • Working with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs.
  • Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity, from generating quotes to processing POs.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution.
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts.
  • Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales/marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned territory/market.
  • Driving the right behaviors around safety, teamwork, company strategies and initiatives.
  • Essential to this role is the ability to build and develop relationships, both with customers and internally supporting multiple managers and teams, demonstrating outstanding communication and customer service skills along with a self-motivated and goal orientated approach. Well organized, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities and a track record of exceeding challenging sales targets will be needed, as well as.
  • Substantial account management or sales experience in a water/process treatment company or industrial plant.
  • 4+ Years of relevant industrial experience
  • Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
  • Selling and strategic account experience, with a track record of winning new accounts and developing markets.
  • Effective benefit-oriented presentation skills.
  • Possession of driving license required.

CHEMIST / FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (WATER TRATMENT CHEMICAL DIVISION)

  • B.Sc, Chemistry / Degree, NDT in Chemical and Process Engineering or Diploma in Chemistry (ICHEM or any) in Science, Energy and Environment or technical discipline OR substantial relevant industry experience
  • Should be below 35 years of age
  • Ability to lead a team, responsible for sales and services and Customer centric approach, extensive travelling to sites for testing, analyzing the shortfalls and advising Client's senior management team for implementation Strong on leadership and persuasion skills
  • Sound knowledge in technical domain with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience Sales and good understanding in Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment, Ion Exchange Resins, Fuel additives & Fireside chemicals, Green Chemicals, Sugar industry chemicals, Paper Chemicals, Oil Field Chemicals, Construction Chemicals etc.
  • Experience in similar industry is an added advantage
  • Candidate who passed with G.C.E. A/L Science / Mathematics stream and having any industrial experience will be given preference
