Applicant Profile

• Micro Mortgage Expertise
• - Previous experience in Micro Mortgage is an added advantage.
• -Age below 35 years.
• - Strong determination and drive to seek new business and achieve or surpass sales, portfolio management, and collection targets.
• -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• - Highly developed interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.
• -Proficiency in spreadsheets and other basic IT skills.

• Adaptability and Flexibility
• - Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly competitive environment.

• Professional Skills
• -Experience in a similar financial services role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organizational skills.
• - Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and follow-up on potential clients.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Initiate, plan, and support promotional activities for financial products.
• Prepare accurate and complete credit appraisals for loan approvals.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to the team's success by achieving individual and team targets.
