Factory Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Check the customer order with MRN copy for relevant contract, identify the promotions and extra commitments, material to be completed the order and prepare in advance for labor allocation.
- Accept the material according to MRN for relevant contract by quantity.
- Confirm the tea and flavor according to customer order, separate relevant bulk tea to hopper area and labeling.
- Label all floor for existing goods and demarcation.
- Labor output monitoring (need to monitor damage breaking also).
What we require:
- Males below 40 Years of age.
- Should have passed GCE O/L in English & Mathematics.
- At least 2 years factory working experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a Tea Export Company or in a similar capacity in the FMCG sector, will be an advantage.
- Good command of English both written & spoken.
- Must have good leadership skills.
- Be committed, energetic, methodical, ambitious, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Be willing to work on shift/roster basis and when necessary, long hours to meet deadlines.
