The Role
As an ICT & Sales Coordinator Manager of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales & IT Related activities, you will be reporting to ICT
- Oversee and maintain the SFA system to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Work closely with distributors and direct dealers to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery of products/services.
- Provide training and support to sales team members and Distributors on using the SFA system effectively.
- Customize and configure the SFA system/reports to meet the specific needs of the sales team.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and SFA system and liaise with IT support for resolution.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in ICT support and sales coordination roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Sales Force Automation System and Microsoft Office.
