The Role

As an ICT & Sales Coordinator Manager of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sales & IT Related activities, you will be reporting to ICT
  • Oversee and maintain the SFA system to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Work closely with distributors and direct dealers to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members and Distributors on using the SFA system effectively.
  • Customize and configure the SFA system/reports to meet the specific needs of the sales team.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and SFA system and liaise with IT support for resolution.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in ICT support and sales coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Sales Force Automation System and Microsoft Office.
