Job Description:

  • We are seeking an individual to execute internal audits (preparation, performance and follow-up), to identify risks and control weaknesses, ensuring compliance with audit policies and Allianz Services standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute audit programs and other assignments given time to time with timely reporting on the progress and findings. Preparation of clear and complete audit work papers for each assignment.
  • Support the team in relation to planning audits with quality documentation of audit work and preparation of reports.
  • Make recommendations operational improvements which ensure proper controls are exercised in the business, which would assist management to identify constructive and value-packed solutions.
  • Build relationships with the internal audit team and auditees across the organization to understand issues and identify areas for improvement.

LEVEL

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Key requirements:

  • Completion of business level I examination of CA Sri Lanka/Applied knowledge level of ACCA/ Operational level of CIMA
  • 2 years of professional audit experience in external audit/ internal audit from a reputed firm.
  • Undergraduate/Graduate in accountancy/ finance management from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint skills.
  • Good knowledge in IFRS, IIA professional practice framework.
  • Should be willing to travel locally on need basis.
