Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Executive - Data Management. The position exists to responsible for ensuring that the company's data is managed effectively and efficiently. This is essential for any company that wants to make informed decisions, improve its operations, and stay ahead of the competition.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Configuring master data in an ERP system is a critical aspect of ensuring accurate and efficient business processes. Master data includes essential information that is shared across various modules of the ERP system, such as customers, vendors, products, materials, and more. Proper master data configuration is crucial for accurate reporting, streamlined operations, and effective decision-making.
Following are the key tasks:
- Outlet Creation (VAT-via mail with verified VAT registration).
- Route creation/change/rename/deactivate/Transfer.
- Stock adjustment-Opening/ad hoc.
- Stock transfer/add/deduct.
- Additional visit plan activation.
- Animated route requests.
- Adding pre-approved discount schemes of new outlets.
- Preparation and maintenance of team leader incentive payments and records.
- Sharing the necessary stock reconciliation formats with the field sales team.
- Weekly Cheque Extension requests.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Completed/Final year undergraduate of a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 6 months -1 year of experience in data management-related duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in ERP systems (EG.SAP/SFA) will be an added advantage.
- Ability working Saturdays (Half Day).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ERP systems (EG.SAP/SFA).
