We are seeking an exceptional Customer Relations Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our patients, their families, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, and will be committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences. - Confident communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala is must. (Tamil would be added advantage)
- Good team player with customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work on a rotational/shift basis.
- Should be a team player and self-disciplined.
- Preference will be given to the candidates those who resides in close by Nugegoda Area.
