Sales Executive (+1 Year Experience/Fresher)
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresh graduate eager to kickstart your career in sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Management of sales pipeline with high-level detail and responsibility
- Responding to, developing, and converting incoming sales enquiries, upselling complementary services where relevant
- Push existing marketing strategies and promotions to potential customers to achieve revenue and targets
- Working on targeted sales projects that may involve outbound calling i.e. following email campaigns
- Consistently striving to attain/exceed your target
- Working collaboratively to pass on client feedback to help us refine & improve our Product and Services
- Management of customers and inquiries through our CRM systems and managing own emails and telephone calls
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders for markets that come under your targets as well as manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
- High level of customer service and attention to detail in addressing customers' questions
- Understanding the scope of the business and industry to identify opportunities for business development and marketing to increase customers and revenue
- Responsible for achieving targets set for business growth
- Use your authenticity, commercial awareness, and communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within businesses
You must have:
- Managing multiple digital channels, like email, WhatsApp, and social media to manage customer life cycle
- Effective and clear communication skills
- Enthusiasm, attitude, and desire to be a first-class sales professional
- Able to convey product enthusiasm and be persuasive
- Highly organized
- Motivated for a target-driven role
- Professional telephone etiquette
