REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a preference for candidates with fintech experience.
- Demonstrated ability to play key implementation roles in projects involving multiple teams and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Strong inclination towards API design, with the ability to think critically and strategically about system architecture.
- Proficiency in writing and debugging production- quality frontend and backend code, utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, NodeJS, and React Native.
- Experience working autonomously in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management skills.
- Passion for addressing customer needs and solving real-world problems, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
- Familiarity with Electron.js, enabling seamless integration of desktop applications into our ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, scale, and evolve the data models, services, and systems that power our full-stack applications.
- Thoughtfully craft consumer and customer-facing web applications with a focus on usability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver entire features and products to our users, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customer needs and design systems that effectively address their requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of tooling, processes, and engineering standards across the team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor engineers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, Fastify, NextJS, React Native, and Electron.js for developing innovative solutions.
- Experience with robust storage solutions like Postgres/AWS Aurora for efficient data management.
- Ability to streamline deployment using AWS Copilot, AWS Fargate, and Docker for efficient application delivery.
