Job Description
We are one of leading exporters in Coir and Cocopeat based products in Sri Lanka and located office at Negombo and factory at Dambadeniya. We are looking for dedicated, dynamic, passionate, hardworking, and preserving individuals to join us in the following capacity.
1. Shipping & Supply Chain Executive-Male/Female (Office - Negombo)
The Job
- Preparing and Handling all Export/Import related documents.
- Communicate and coordinate daily with relevant parties to get the job done on time.
- Monitoring and coordinating shipments with co-departments to ensure a smooth flow of shipment.
- Involve all procurement related activities and overseeing the orderings.
- Maintaining all Export, Procurement related data and maintaining files properly.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams and maintain and analyze stock reports of packing items.
- Preparing and maintaining documents for ISO9001 QMS standard.
- Ensure all purchase requisitions are attended to without delay and match the exact specification given by customer.
- Handling the processes until the container is loaded and delivered to the port and Meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill Excellent computer skills
- Coordinate effective execution of orders for achievement of the Bulk on time delivery and Quality objectives.
- Liaise with the internal teams, Suppliers and Subcontractors for Bulk requirements, including order placing, follow-up's, documentation, etc.
- A Team player with high level of dedication and Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree (in Math's, Bio or management streams) or equivalent qualifications.
- Age limit 23-35.
