WE ARE HIRING
ARCHITECT (Male Applicants Only)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BSc/ B. Arch).
- Experience in computer aided design AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit 3D, and Lumion 3D rendering.
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of strong and dynamic content from conception through to final production.
- Knowledge of local zoning by-law and Building Codes.
- Experience in application procedures and negotiations for municipal permits is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good command of English and Sinhala.
Lead the planning process within the design team to create floor plan concepts reflective of operations.
Comfort and enthusiasm for learning latest design skills and can-do attitude.
Experience since qualification minimum 8 years in Architectural based environment.
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills, and strong organizational, management and people management skills.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design from recognized university or institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, Lumion, 3DMax, Abode Photoshop and other design related software.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Good command of English.
Experience since qualification minimum 5 years in Architectural based environment.
Comfort and enthusiasm for learning latest design skills and can-do attitude.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of strong and dynamic content from conception through to final production.
CIVIL ENGINEER TRAINEE (Male)
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge about building codes and standards.
- Proficiency with productivity software including MS Word and Excel.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to create a respectful and collaborative work environment within the team. Able to train at least 6 months with company.
QS TRAINEE (Female)
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge about building codes, BSR, BOQ, BOM and standards.
- Proficiency with productivity software including MS Word and Excel.
- Must possess a commanding personality with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to create a respectful and collaborative work environment within the team. Able to train at least 6 months with company.
